My stay at the hotel was a wonderful experience overall. The rooms were spacious, spotless clean, and incredibly comfortable, offering a calm and climatized atmosphere with a good bed. The service provided by the staff was key to the excellent rating, they were professional and friendly, making my stay truly enjoyable. The location, while somewhat distant from major historical sites, was great for my needs, being in a safe area with ample sidewalks for pleasant evening strolls. The dining experience was fantastic with amazing variety, and the facilities, especially the terrace, were truly impressive.
The hotel is perfectly situated in Valladolid, right across from the Bullring and in an easy-to-reach location near El Corte Inglés. The rooms are generally spacious and comfortable, although one had a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke. The service is inconsistent, with some staff providing limited information and others showing great care. The hotel offers a variety of facilities, including a coffee shop with a good selection of fresh and local products.
